I'm back again
Hi,
I'm back again after a long hiatus. I'd be tempted to say I took a well-deserved break but you know I'm such a straight-forward guy, honest, with no intention to lie or misquote facts; which is why I admit (with a straight face) that I didn't write much lately, because I had misplaced my blog admin password, and the stupid thing wouldn't let me log on.
Anyway, I'm back and that's what matters. Now all I need is something to write; and then I'll be back to writing. What, don't ask!!

There are no free lunches in this world
Whoever said that !!!
"No, but its true". So I keep saying to myself. Hehe. But every once in a way, when there's an opportunity that crops up which promises lots and lots of money for very little work. It appears too good to be true, but the urge to check it out never stops. And that way I sort of came across this site when I logged onto Orkut once day.
Here's the link to that site: http://www.consumersindia.com/signup.php?r=62265
Check it out for yourself. But remember, 'No free lunches'. This is probably one of those million bogus things that are going around the planet.
Sign up and see if it works.

Am I a writer ?!?
Looks like it's 'in' to have a blog these days. Better still if you actually take time to write a few lines.. something.. anything..!! Conversely, if you haven't logged onto the 'blog' world yet, it's as good as (rather as bad as) being the dunce in class. Now don't quote me on this, I'm not saying it, those who I've interacted with, do. I don't necessarily subscribe to this line of thought (I might, but only for temperary convenience).
It's taken me a few minutes and a lot of interruptions to get this far. And I've momentarily forgotten what I was going to write next. Arrghh! And to add insult to injury, some stupid keys on my keyboard dont type correctly, so if you find some errors, please ignore them; and if you see no errors, imagine the amount of efforts that have gone behind getting them right!!! Perhaps I should keep typing whatever comes to mind, after all this is my blog, isn't it? My kingdom, my world, where I'm the emperor, the supreme.. (Earth to Kowshik; calling Earth to Kowshik, can you read us?)
Oh yes, now I remember I was talking about blogging, writing, one aspect of creativity, but the question I had was, are bloggers really creative, do their writing skills bring out the talent in them? I know what your answer is. I'm a mind reader, and I know what you'd be thinking now. Some of them are, but most blogs I've read are don't essentially portray creativity in content or the style of writing. They convey information mainly intended for close associates of the writer in a manner which seldom induces humor.
On that note, I hope my blog isn't exactly boring (though I'm occasionally accused of it). Let me know what interests or disinterests in my blog. Apart from me, of course! :-p Until then, the master writer will take a beark and get back to work. Or is it the other way round?? Whatever!!
Regards,

I'm back
It's been ages since I've written something here. Last week a couple of friends enquired about my 'silent blog', and I didn't have any specific response. I kept telling them I didnt find anything interesting to write about. But the fact was, I was just plain lazy.
I kept pushing myself to write something (read: just about anything), but didn't manage to. Finally I'm writing a couple of useless sentences just to break this silence. Hehe.
New posts coming up soon.

The Birds On My Tree !!
Every morning I wake up to the sound of a 'thud'. Aaah! Its 'Squawky'. Yes, Squawky is the peacock who invariably acts as my alarm clock. Not only does he land roughly on the shed next to my room window, he also begins to sing 'melodiously' and persistently. I must take some lessons on persistence and perserverance from him sometime. ;-) Hehe.
If he stopped at that, it might have been ok; but the guy goes one step further. Literally!! He starts walking up and down the roof of the shed making it sound like the march of a parade. God Squawky, when will you learn to let me wake up on my own. 'Never' is what I think he'd say (If he could speak our language). Lets ignore him for the moment.
Squawky has friends; the green birds on the nearby tree. The parrots. Noisy birds, I tell you!! 'Birds' I believe, are synonymous with being noisy; so I'm told. Don't blame me girls, I didn't say it.
Anyway I think I'll have to continue this story later in the day, coz I've got to rush back to work. Coffee break over!!
